ALL SETTLED IN AT CINCINNATI CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
Those who have just found me may not know I was at Cohen Children's Medical Center for most of my career, and moved in 2018 to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. I am now all settled in and thrilled to be a part of the Colorectal Center here. The hospital is incredible. I remain awed and humbled to be a part of this place. It's not just the doctors, but a tremendous team of nurses, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, administrative support, and everyone here that goes into making this place the U.S. News and World Report 2019 #3 Children's Hospital in the United States! . I still keep in close contact with my New York family at Cohen, and we still collaborate on mutual patients. That's one of the really nice things about our community - we remain close and we like working together. Pediatric Colorectal is such a small world, we tend to know each other and see one another at meetings.
IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING PATIENT WHO SAW ME IN NEW YORK AND IS JUST FINDING OUT I MOVED: I remain committed to all of my patients and will be thrilled if you wish to continue with me in Cincinnati. Like my mentor, Dr. Alberto Peña, I believe that a patient is a patient for life, and will always be available regardless of your age or location. If you are tied to the New York area, or just like going to an incredible city, Dr. Aaron Lipskar is an outstanding pediatric colorectal surgeon who took over my practice in New York. The team in New York are wonderful and will always be available to help any patient with any problem, but if you do want my thoughts or help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me in the greatest hidden treasure of a city, Cincinnati!
